Please examine your new products right away and keep the original box or packaging. If you are not satisfied for any reason, or have any questions or concerns, please let us know by calling 877-749-5110 and we will be happy to discuss alternative options.

PLEASE NOTE:  REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS IN OPENED BLISTER PACKAGES OR DAMAGED OR MISSING ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT BOXES. REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED ONLY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE RESALEABLE.  CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

For refunds, please call 877-749-5110 or email customerservice@FlashlightDistributor.com to receive a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Then provide us with your name, address and daytime phone number, along with your RMA# on the form included with your order. Place the product(s) back in the original shipping box along with all the paperwork and packaging. Address the package to Returns Department, Andax Industries LLC, DBA: Flashlight Distributor, 613 W. Palmer Street, Saint Marys, KS 66536.  Sorry, we cannot accept freight collect or C.O.D.shipments.  Items returned without an RMA # will not be accepted.

Manufacturer's Warranty:  After 30 days, warranty claims for defects in material manufacturing or workmanship on Streamlight lights must be returned to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer's warranty continues to remain in full effect subject to specifications.
